Hello all.

Looking for recommendations/suggestions on best approach to to evaluate maximum/desirable volume(s) by retail store.

Background, company has over 500 locations, with each location shipping volume daily. Certain locations handle spikes in volume well, while others are not as successful.

Trying to determine best approach to analyze top performing stores to those on the lower end.

Order volume to ship volume?
Ratio of cancel volume to order volume?
Something else?

Essentially desire to build out a model to determine "sweet spot" for volume at each location.

Any thoughts, ideas or recommendations would be welcome. Thanks!
