Is it possible to make an Excel spreadsheet (relatively) immune from theft and piracy by buyers and hackers?
e.g.- assign it to a unique user and / or unique computer.

(With or without 3rd party add-ons / programs.)

Thanks,
Ken

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Hi, Ken,

those who really want to pirate your Excel, they will get in
no, Excel is not secure

you can use quite some tricks to keep out intermediate users
logins, passwords are possible
check ou "force macros to be enabled"

kind regards,
Erik

I did the forced macros to be enabled thing, and made it to where Excel validates the network ID of the computer and closes the workbook if the user is not on an approved list. It's working out pretty well.

But yah, erik is still right.
