Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi, something like this maybe?

Code:
Sub m()
Range("A2:E5").Value = Range("A1:E4").Value
Range("A1:E1").Value = Range("A9:E9").Value
End Sub
