I used to use Joseph Rubin's board search add-in for excel when it suited me to do so. It appears that it performed a fairly simple set of commands. That is, open browser, put "blah" in address line.
The "blah" part worked for the old version of the board because your search term was in the address, i.e.:
http://www.mrexcel.com/board2/?term=search_term_from_excel&addterms=all&forum=all&search_username=&sortby=p.post_time+desc&searchboth=both&submit=Search&start=0
This does not work any more with the new board.
Now when I search the board directly, there doesn't seem to be the same kind of address line interaction with searches.
Do we still have this capability with a different syntax?
