Search formula with continued text

Hi - need help on "Search" formula. Below is the example. When I put the search formula in B1 and B2 it shows the same result as the text continues

what I am looking is in B2 it should return error as "Term1" is not there in A2. could you please help how to do it? Thanks,

Hi tried the above code, still result is same.

as "Term1" contains in "Term16" the formula is reading only first few characters to match the result as son as it finds.

How about
=SEARCH("Term1 ",A1&" ")
