Search for value equal to or between to columns

I am trying to write a formula to lookup the value in a cell and if the value in cell A matches or is between values in a list of values i need it to pull back a "YES" otherwise "NO".

In the example below, I list value 105 and need it to tell me "YES" it matches either value 1 or value 2 or is between one of these values.

for 376 the response would be no because it doesn't match nor does it fall between the two values. is this possible?

Peter, how big of a sample do you need?

I reposted a larger sample above with more expected results than the first list. Let me know how many you need.

If any # in Value =>any number in Value 1 AND is =< any number in the same row of Value 2 then the result should be YES.

it seems that the "

I don't know how it works, but it does. Just by looking at the formula it looks like you are mutiplying the entire contents of my Value 1 times Value 2, but somehow it works!!

Would you be willing to explain to me how the formula works? I could really use more knowledge in array formulas as this is only the second array formula i have used.

Note: another alternative to post is put borders around the cells then copy and paste here.
