I was wondering if I could somehow search through a data set for a specified pattern. Say I have 4 points that are all the same distance away from each other?

Is it possible to write a macro that will return a true next to all of the masses that fullfill that requirement (say have a point at +2 and +3 and +5)? Could I layer on other stuff say intensities at those points to for increased requirements?
