Search Column and Count while excluding one parameter

I want to count the number of cells in column C with one forumla that answers the question, "How many of the cells in column C contain the words, APM, BPPM, CAPM, and NMS while exluding any results that have "OUTLOOK" in Column K?

will there be any other words in the column or just the 4 you have mentioned plus outlook

Yes there are many other words in Column C. Column C contains several sentences and I would only like to count those sentences that contain those 4 specific words. Column K contains "Outlook" by itself and I want to exclude any rows that contain Outlook.
