I have been having problems with reading messages whenever I use Search or View Your Posts. I get error:

Code:
Technical Information (for support personnel)

Background:
The gateway has lost the connection with the Web site you are trying to access.

I have checked with Kristy (Van Pookie) and my IT people and all say it is not on their side. So now what? I really need this, or else I'll have to ask questions that have already been answered and then no one will want to help me much. Hopefully someone else is having this issue and I'm not alone.

Desperately searching. . .

Thanks Nate for the reply. I've been working with Starl and it seems to be pointing back to my side. If only I could convince the IT people. In the scale of things I'm not that important.

Thanks . . . texasalynn

well.. just to clarify - you've been working with me, Nate and Pookie. We had another thread going. Nate's been providing articles. Pookie's been throwing theories and shooting mine down
it's a group effort.

Ok thanks for the group effort.

I sent Starl an e-mail of some new finds. If I do a "Search" or "View Your Posts" and the message has more than 1 page, I can click on a page number and it opens the message.

Also as a FYI I can do searches on other forums without any problems.

Thanks . . . texasalynn

FYI - this has started working again. Weird!!!!

I can now view post from a search

your IT dept must have finally fixed it
