Is there a search formula that could take value ($L$309) '1 4 MSQ Lot end' and have it search above until it finds the same value in Column L and display Column P value?

So in this example it would be formula: =Search above until ($L$309) has been found, once it has been found ($L$294) the value in ($P$294) would be in cell ($Q$309).
The search range could vary quite a bit

Column L Column M Column N Column O Column P
1 4 MSQ Lot end 2W1703 04/01 04/01/18 18:22:00 Row 294
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 295
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 296

04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 297
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 298
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 299
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 300
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 301
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 302
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 303
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 304
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 305
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 306
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 307
04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 308
1 4 MSQ Lot end 2W1703 04/01 04/01/18 18:22:04 Row 309

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Not exactly sure if this is what you are looking for, so let me know. Try this:

=Vlookup($L$309, $L$1:$P$308, 5, FALSE)

Sorry did not realize that it did not display well. this might be better i would like to get a value for R309 by a formula searching L309 and searching above until it finds it again which in this case would be L294, then get the results from P294 and display the results in R309. does that help clarify?

The catch is that it can be variable meaning that here the range is from 309 to 294 but in other cases it could be 30,000 to 300 something like that

Man i am totaly stump on this and could really use some help:)

Same problem just tying multiple ways and still can not come up with a solution.

As you can see there are multiple lines of the same values in column A. Simply put i need to only identify Column 'A' text if it has exceeded one hour. For example A389 and A9097 would be values i would like to keep and exclude any values between. However, i need to 'reset' so that again anything from A9097 and beyond would be eliminated if it is under one hour. A9104 should not be something i would like to keep i that makes sense

I just want to collect alarms if it has been longer than one hour and exclude the rest.
