Dear Sir,

Greetings!

I am having a excel 2007 workbook which consist of several worksheets of different record.

If I am willing to search the word / name of a person which is available either one or more worksheets and I have to search the word / name of the person while in 1st sheet, so for that is there any formula to search in different worksheets. I am not clear with VB script so kindly provide me some formula without VB script which may solve my issue.

Regards,
Sudeep Kumar Mazumder

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I have Excel 2010, not 2007 but if you open the find dialog box and click on "Options>>" do you see a dropdown box with the title "Within"? If you do, change it from "sheet" to "workbook".
