Scroll Wrapping

(Apologies, just joined - this question has been asked here before, but was not followed through)

I have received a locked spreadsheet (from a source I wouldn't be able to query) that wraps both horizontally and vertically, when moving between cells using the arrow key.

e.g. if the active cell is A1 and I move right, when the active cell reaches D1, the next arrow key press right moves the active cell to B1 (and so on) - the same action occurs when moving down (A10 moves to B1) - in all directions.

How is this done ?

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
worksheet protection perhaps

you can try it on a new file. select some cells and change format (CTRL-1), protection so those cells are not locked.
then apply worksheet protection (ALT-P-P) allowing selection only of unlocked cells
