I'm trying to figure out why my screentip will sometimes appear next to the cursor and other times it'll appear at the bottom of the window. Does anyone have an idea as to why this happens or how it can be corrected? It happens at random, and if you move quickly off of it and back onto it, it'll usually correct itself.
