Scrape Emails

I am wanting to get information from emails received into a inbox.

I need the process to open any emails with a Subject of 'New Order #????' where #???? is the order number.

The email body would be as below

The emails will always be in this format and I need to pull in the Name, date, product ordered, etc.

Can anyone help with performing this function?

I think your demand can be solved by using a software to read emails in the inbox. If the subject of an email contains the keyword "New Order #", the software will analyze the email content and parse out the Order Number and other order fields to save them in certain tables. I know of a software that can achieve this function, which utilizes SQL to parse received emails and extract useful fields.
