I am wanting to get information from emails received into a inbox.

I need the process to open any emails with a Subject of 'New Order #????' where #???? is the order number.

The email body would be as below

The emails will always be in this format and I need to pull in the Name, date, product ordered, etc.

Can anyone help with performing this function?

TIA

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
I think your demand can be solved by using a software to read emails in the inbox. If the subject of an email contains the keyword "New Order #", the software will analyze the email content and parse out the Order Number and other order fields to save them in certain tables. I know of a software that can achieve this function, which utilizes SQL to parse received emails and extract useful fields. The image you see is my own function to obtain customers' PayPal order numbers from emails.
