Hello I am in need of some help when adding the overall grade as well as grade weights. Right now I have N/A's (Column P-R) defaulting to 1 if there is no grade.I am afraid this is still not correct.

I think the grade is being over inflated with N/A's making the supplier's grade look better than it is actually is. My goal is to have weights calculated correctly when there is N/A for criteria.
