This is the score sheet that I have created. I am trying to create a formula that allows me to plug the exact number of repetitions per event, directly into ex. Cell R4-U4 and have V4 automatically calculate the score into a percentage. I understand I can plug the percentage earned from each event into R4-U4 and I know the formula to have V4 automatically calculate. I am just trying to plug in the scores to do the same.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
I am not positive I understand exactly what you are going for, especially for 'Run', but this might get you pointed in a direction you can make work. Try this in V4.

=IF(R4>=B4,C4,0)+IF(S4>=D4,E4,0)+IF(T4>=F4,G4,0)+IF(U4>=H4,K4,0)

So basically, I am trying to find an equation or something to link B4 and C4, so when I put the number 10.4 in R4 it automatically switches to 65%. or I can add a column between R and S and if I put 10.5 into R4, S4 then automatically gives me the percentage. That would work too.
