Hello, we are a small mental health facility that began using a new EHR system which has been somewhat disastrous. The problem we are having is looking at a report. We can export to excel (link) https://1drv.ms/x/s!AoxXnX4Qzvyeem4CbgIivHkLvHA but there is a lot of data and we only need table and demographic data which I highlighted.

We only need client name, location, start/end dates and table data so we can compile the results in a pivot table. There are some clients with not table or data. I hope I have described our needs well enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will help us tremendously with providing social services to our individuals.

thank you very much

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Hello,
Do you know if the data for the new EHR system is stored on the web? If it isn't you should be able to create a link to the EHR system's datasource, which will then allow you to pull excel friendly reports from the EHR system. If you have any IT people they should be able to assist you with this. This would be my first port of call.

Failure to the above, it wouldn't be to difficult to run a macro to consolidate the following data into one simple report
Individual ID, Individual Name, Location, Program Name, Start Date, End Date

It's the stats like cells A33 to J38 that will be tricky as the data is not uniform, aka some individuals have more stats than others...

If you can't link to the EHR system's datasource, as this would be the best solution for your reporting needs not just this example. Let me know and I'll see if I can come up with a macro to loop through the data.

Thanks
