scheduling duplicate dates

Hello,

I have a situation where I have to schedule Dr. appointments on every Tuesday and Thursday of each month. There are 2 offices that get scheduled (room 101 and room 505). We can only schedule 1 appointment per day per office. I have 2 columns that have the Tuesday and Thursday dates before the appointment day and 2 other columns that have the Tuesday and Thursday date after the appoint day.

The appointments are scheduled 365 days after the last appointment so there are several appointment dates that fall on the same Tuesday or Thursday. I can only schedule 2 appointments per day on a Tuesday or Thursday. I do not have more than 6 appointments at one time fall on that same day. I need to figure out how to schedule the appointments for room 101 and 505 and not have duplicate dates. Can anyone help figure this out?
