Haven't used excel in 10 years. Retired old $#%=. So playing senior softball. I need a fair schedule for the teams. For this season I have 8 teams. 18 games, 9 home, 9 away, 4 time slots each week, 9,10,11,12. Need help. Thanks

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
How come can a team play 9 games while there are only 8 teams?
Sorry for confusion. We play a total of 18 games, 9 home, 9 away. 8 teams, will not play every team the same amount of times. What I'm Trying to avoid is a team being visitors more than 3 times in a row. Same with home team and having start times for each team to be equally divided between 7am, 8am, 9am, 10 am.
