I want to know if it is possible for the image below, to program someone name with assigned shift time (ex 7a-4p) along with assigned task and have that task follow their scheduled time until the end of their shift instead of me having to fill it in manually.

For example
employee A is scheduled 7-4, if i click on employee a i would like where it has shift to automatically fill in their scheduled time 7-4, then have their task filled out for each time slot until the end of the shift. Currently, i am entering each time, their shift and entering the task and just the task until the end of their shift, i would like to try and automate this as much as possible.
