Schedule Data Import - Excel

Hi,

Amateur Excel user and could really use the expertise of an Excel Guru.

Do you know of any formulas or VBA examples that will allow me to schedule data to be imported from one workbook to another?

I.e. Workbook 1 - Cell A2, data imported to workbook 2 cell A2 on the 4th of each month @ 2am.

I have searched high and low and I cannot find the answer.

Is there anyone who can help me?

The data being pulled will be financial if this helps.
