Hello!

I am trying to create a chart to represent block schedules by date. So far I set up my table and chart as you can see in the image in link ( https://photos.app.goo.gl/KKYhpmq6LVXaVtAP7 ). I am stuck with the following:

  • If a date has more than one block (overlapping or not), can you adjust the second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) block to be slightly lowered to show where it starts exactly?
  • I added the blue shape to show how it would look best from my perspective but any recommendations are greatly appreciated

Thanks much in advance

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
