scenarios/real life simple examples

I am looking for scenarios (how do this or that in excel ) and or real life simple examples/solutions in excel. I learn better by examples. Seeing how other people done it and try to understand how they done it. I tried google but did not find what I am looking for. Maybe I do not know how search. Do you recommend any website(s) please. Thank you.

Thanks for suggesting that site. It is good one but I do not really want something like that. It is like other websites/youtube channel, explains for example how to sort data, how to filter data, how to conditional formatting etc. I like Excelsfun better for that matter. But what I want is for example a solution for the following scenario: "How do I find the highest and lowest value associated with another value?" that is a an example or another scenario: how to merge 2 sheets/files using vlookup() etc.
