I have a long list of Latitude and Longitude values that show multiple locations for multiple regions. (I used the Haversine formula to compile the distances between locations and it gives me a clear representation of what I can pull from Google Earth)

What I would like to do is color code the dots on my scatter graph to indicate the different regions (1 color per Region)

What is my best approach for doing this?
I'm pretty good in excel but I am not a developer or programmer by any means.
