Scatter plot with 2 variables differentiated by color

Is there a way to make the timestamp on the x-axis, the value on the y-axis, then the data points be the employee and differentiate different employees with different colors?

In short, I'm trying to see if different employees are consistent across time with their values. I'm not certain if workorder is superfluous data.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
data points on a new line for each employee, as their own entry maybe?
