Hi
Introducing myself, my skill in Microsoft excel is very basic. So my coding skill is minimum.
I am creating a simple system to track collection Tin time In and Out.

Below are the concept.

The tin number is fixed and is converted into barcode. When I press on the Time Out button, and scan a barcode (exp column F5) it will timestamp on column G5, If press on Time In button timestamp on colum H5, Press on Send Up button timestamp on column I5.

The last button (Amount). When the amount button is pressed and a tin barcode is scanned (column F5), it will prompt a message box requesting for amount of numbers. After pressing OK the amount of numbers will be transferred to column J5.

For additional, is it possible to lock each cell when there is data in the cell? My ideal, if column G5/H5/I5/J5 have data in it and the tin barcode is scan again, it will remain the first time data or it will prompt an error message. Is it possible to do it?

After explaining, the so call simple system, I felt is very complicated.
Is there any kind soul able to teach me or know any youtube link or tutorial link to share?

Below image is asample of my concept.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
