Hi
Introducing myself, my skill in Microsoft excel is very basic. So my codingskill is minimum to zero.
But I want to help an NGO to create a simple system to track collection Tin time In andOut, for their yearly event. They have been performing this event for decades, and is doing this all old style. I would like to help them create a simplesystem.

Below are the concept.

The tin number isfixed and is converted into barcode. When I press on the Time Out button, and scana barcode (exp coumn F5) it will timestamp on column G5, If press on Time In button timestampon colum H5, Press on Send Up button timestamp on column I5.

The last button (Amount). When the amount button is pressed and a barcode is scanned (column F5), it will prompta message box requesting for amount of numbers. After pressing OK the amount ofnumbers will be transferred to column J5.

For additional,is it possible to lock each cell when there is data in the cell? My ideal, ifcolumn G5/H5/I5/J5 have data in it and the barcode is scan again, it will remain thefirst time data or it will prompt an error message. Is it possible to do it?

After explaining, the so call simple system, I felt is very complicated.
Is there any kindsoul able to teach me or know any youtube link or tutorial link to share?

Below image is asample of my concept.
