Saving range of cells in text format

Dear Team,


I have a situation here, i have a spread sheet where in i have to update some data, this data vary everyday.

I am trying to create a text file from the data, also the text file should not contain the header row of the excel workbook.

Can this be done using VBA ?

Please help.
