Saving email attachments in a specific folder

I receive emails with attachments from a few selected senders, which are directed directly to a folder in my outlook. Also, all the attached files are named in a specific format (##### - YYYYMMDD).

I needed a program to automatically download these attachments to a particular folder. I don't need the code to run all the time, want to run it say once a day, when all the emails received on the day are read, and their attachments saved to the designated folder.

Don't mind the code saving the files to one folder, or a new folder everyday.

~Thanks

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Could be interesting because, as I understand it, Outlook randomly creates Temp folders for attachments. I gather it's because virus and worm writers then have a (slightly) harder task to work out where the system folders are, reletive to the attachment.

Anyone's welcome to shoot me down if I got this wrong... :-)
