Hi forum,

I have created a macro button that when pressed it saves the current worksheet as a PDF.

This works great except the only thing I do not want to appear on the PDF is the button itself.

Do you know of a way around this please? Other than having the button on a different part of the worksheet/book.

Many thanks

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Hi

Did you use a Form control or a activex Control

Because Form Controls by default don't Save to a PDF (print =false)

Activex have a property Printobject which defaults to true

creating a PDF is like Printing a file in EXCEL

I used an Active X control. Ahhh I never knew that. So simple

Thanks very much for this.

I must go and learn the differences between the 2 types.
