SaveAs Range in Outlook Template

I am getting an error when I run the below code. Not sure what is creating the issue.
Can anyone help me with the code?

Have you got the correct syntax for the desktop location in your file saveas

Have you got the correct syntax for the desktop location in your file saveas

It does saves the file when I modify the folder path. However, when I try to open the oft file from the desktop it throws an error saying We cant open the file. It's possible the file already open or you do not have the permissions.
