Save Old Data when doing Web Query Refresh

I know it's been asked a hundred times. I've tried reading through posts and different informational links but frankly, I just don't get it. I'm trying to save the old data and add the new data to it when I do the refresh. I know I have to have an archive sheet, I think I might need a Worksheet_Change Event. But I no nothing of macros! Please help!
 

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
