save excel sheets as pdf for all users into one defined location in shared excel

hi, I am new in macro and trying to make one workbook which will be for more users shared excel and I can't fix the problem with saving pdf file into default location. the problem is that location which I chose of the saving is destination isn my computer and I am the only one who can save file to this location which I put it to the macro but the others users can not the save file because the destination was settle as my computer , how to fix it and set one location for all users to save it to the default location.

You can edit your existing macro to create a new folder in the location where you want the pdf files saved. Then edit your macro so it saves to that new
folder.

Another method is to an exiting folder that all Windows systems have. Example: all Windows systems have a folder named DOCUMENTS.
