I'm trying to find a way to save an Excel attachment within an Outlook message but all I can find is suggestions that loop through the Inbox which is not what I want.

I need something that will work with a single message which is selected - the first criteria is that the subject filed must contain certain string, "Handover Document". If the email message matches that then it must go on to search for an Excel attachment containing the string "Raw Data". If that is successful then save the attachment to the same folder as my workbook.

Not sure if this makes any difference but it must work with any email message, regardless of whether it's been sent, replied to or forwarded.
