Save/convert photos as .jpg from long binary data

Okay, I have an access database where photos are saved as long binary data within the database. The photos are pulled into a form for viewing. Is there a way to take the image from the form, name it using a textbox value on the form and save it as a .jpg or .gif file in a certain file location? Additionally, I would need to loop through each of the records in the table and do the same until all photos have been named and saved.
