Is there a way to add to the following code that when the copy is saved it saves as read only?

Code:
Sub Button28_Click()

Dim nom As String
Dim path As String
If Range("K45") <> 33 Then
MsgBox ("Review Your Entries, Something Was Missed"), ActiveSheet.Protect, exitsub
Else
    path = "\\hinas1\MFG\LED\SSL Paperwork\P552P558"
    nom = Left(ActiveWorkbook.Name, (InStrRev(ActiveWorkbook.Name, ".", -1, vbTextCompare) - 1)) & " " & Year(Date) & "-" & Format(Month(Date), "00") & "-" & Format(Day(Date), "00") & " (" & Hour(Time) & "-" & Minute(Time) & ").xlsm"
    ActiveWorkbook.SaveCopyAs path & "\" & nom
    rep = MsgBox("Submited")

     Application.DisplayAlerts = False
    Workbooks("P55XFirstArticle.xlsm").Close
   End If
End Sub
