Hi, I have a workbook which a lot of people will be logging on to just put their name next to an activity. As I don't trust their housekeeping skills and the sheet works best to a newcomer in a certain format I want a button that say 'Save and Close' that will do the following:

  1. collapse all grouped data for the entire workbook
  2. save the entire workbook
  3. close the workbook

a similar button would also be useful call 'Save and Continue' this would do the following:

  1. collapse all grouped data for the entire workbook
  2. save the entire workbook
  3. return to the 'home page' tab

I'm a bit of an excel novice so not sure if this is easy or hard but please can the answer show me step by step how to achieve this.

Thanks for your help.
Tom
