Save a copy of a file to desktop on open

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a file save to the desktop (the desktop file are all at different paths found on the work intranet) when it is opened, if the user doesn't know a password.

If they do know the password it should open normally.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
