Samrad Date Picker

sorry to trouble you, but I have tried everything when it comes to removing the Date picker (samrad) application. I have followed all the tutorials and forum ( tried removing the XLAM file , etc, etc). and I cannot get rid of the actual icon still showing in my ribbon and in any case every time i open an excel file i get a message that it cannot find the macro !. I am desperate as i 've been trying to get rid of this application which has caused enless pain. Will you be able to help me please ? Thanks
