I have got a sales tracker that identifies sales per month, but I need to make another tab with daily captures on and want it to pre-populate the monthly information, is this possible?

Gag16,

Not sure I completely understand. Where are you pulling this data from and where are you linking it to. If you fill out the daily data you can use a formula using sumif() to calculate the monthly data on your separate worksheet so your daily captures will be your main source of data.

If this does not answer your questions please specify more and I will try to help the best I can.

Thanks!

I do just want to do capture daily and then have that information pre populate into a monthly tab and then a quarterly tab and then a yearly, I did have one ages ago that had a front tab of daily data, with a second tab with Monthly, below that Quarterly, below that half yearly and then yearly below that, all on the second tab and they all pre populated from the from data sheet.
