SALE OVERACHIEVEMENT CALCUALTION:

Trying to put into an excel formula the following payout calculation:

At the end of a Month, if the Services Specialist (SS) has attained 100% their Annual Services Revenue Quota, the SS willhave earned 100% of the Annual Services Revenue Monthly Bonus Opportunity (MBO) Commission Opportunity, less amountsalready paid. In addition, the SS will be eligible to receive Overachievement Commissions calculated as 2% of theAnnual PS & Off-Site Services Revenue Commission opportunity for every 1% that the SS exceeds her Annual Services Revenue Quota up to 150% of the Annual Services Revenue Quota, lessamounts already paid. Overachievement Commissions above 150% and up to 200% of the Annual Services Revenue Quota will be paid at 1% for every 1% that the SS exceeds 150%, less amounts already paid. Nooverachievement commissions will be paid over 200% of Services Revenue Quota.
