Sales Planners - sync date with days and print in book form

Just started a new job and I am try to update the excel sheets.

1. When I change the month/day/year I need the date be the correct day I.E Friday for Example if I changed to 11/1/2024
2. both Sheets need I need to be able to print to book form which seems not to be working the sales Planner 2024, it because of the style of lay that I am using ?
the sales planner 2024 is used every day use on laptops and the Sales planner-print only is used for a print out option .. I would like to only use sales planner 2024 for both but I not sure if its possible. any help would be appreciated. Thank you
