Sales Pivot Chart

I wanna present Sales achieved against the Target for each Salesman & show the percentage achieved. When i try to present it on pivot chart i am not able to get the correct percentage on Bar graph

Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Maybe like this (pivot table does not show correct, when using HTLM code)
