Sales Bonus Formula Based on Multiple conditions Needed

Hi Friends

I am trying to figure out a formula based on IF condition. My working is as attached in below link.

if there are 3 or more deals in a month (column B), and total slabs (column i) are also 3 or more, than date of bonus (column L) for first, second and third slab will be same as date of third slab of that deal month, and date of bonus for any additional slab (4th and on wards) in the respective month will be same as slab month, otherwise if slabs (column i) in a month are less than 3, then leave the cell (column L)blank, For cancelled status (Column D), Leave the cell blank)

Can you please help me to create this formula. Formula is required in Column L, the desired results I have entered in column N manually.
