Anyone know of a safe-for-work file sharing website? I have a basic excel help/tutorial spreadsheet I want to post on the forums here for people who are so new to excel they have yet to use and utilize formulas.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
How do you define "safe for work"? Every work firewall is different in my experience.

I know that a lot of filesharing websites out there have pornographic or suggestive banners littering the page. My work has a very lenient firewall, but I dont want to be nailed for lewd images loading on my computer. :eeek:

box.net is fairly conservative on that front as far as I know (I use it for some online storage)

Will other people be able to download files I load onto box.net, given I provide them a link?

I use mediafire quite frequently and haven't noticed anything raunchy persay:

http://www.mediafire.com/

Not that I am usually looking for that when I am uploading a file, so it may exist, but haven't recalled seeing it?

You don't even have to create an account, but I would recommend creating one, so that you can manage these files at a later dat. Then you just provide them the link to access it.

I think so: even with the free storage they provide, I believe you can make folders public to anyone.
They also have Excel add-ins to make uploading easier.

Gotcha. I uploaded my file and posted it in the Excel Discussion forum. Take a look and lemme know what you think! ^^
