Saber si la Actualización se Realizó

Como puedo saber si al realizar una actualización a una Base de Datos en Access mediante codigo VBA, ésta se realizó.

p.e. si yo ejecuto una actualización Directamente en Access, esta me dice:
"Se va ha a actualizar cero (0) filas", desea continuar?
