Run Time Error 429

Dear

I have problem in accounting software, Run Time Error 429 Components can't create object. Its working great in Windows XP but i have new system with windows 8.1, so i am connecting Windows XP computer by LAN to run that software, its create so much error for .dll files but at the end it stuck at Run Time error 429. So anybody having any idea how to solve it.

Have you tried running the program on the new computer in Compatibility Mode.

Yes, still same problem. Even i try to resolve by compatibility troubleshooter but at the end says Incompatible program.
