I have this error when I am trying to run the Access SQL query from Excel.
The error is Run-time Error 3085: Undefined Function "propervalue" in Expression.
Can anyone explain to me this? How to solve it.
Thanks

Since I have no idea what you have done, that's a little hard to answer.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I followed your step..
Opened query then change it to make table query then run it...
Got this error msg..
Cannot define field more than once. (Error 3191)

You tried to create a table in which more than one field was defined with the same name. Each field name in a table must be unique.

Your query appears to have IRF.IRFNumB listed twice. Remove one of them.

ok you are a genius what to do next I have my table already do I need to substitute all of those in forRepStep1 with propervalue function?

You need to change any queries that refer to forRepStep1 so that they refer to the table you just created instead.

Sorry to bother you again.. I just thought it is totally Fine now but some problem i've notice.
I have a little concern about updating of the slect queries that I changed into Make table queries. Is the make table queries also running automatically when called or just looking through the table itself?
Thanks
