Run time error 3035 - need help to optimize the code

Hi all,

I have written some 300 lines code and it involves a lot recordsets to make edits to couple of tables based on logic. While running this code, I am getting this error "Run time error 3035; resource exceeded".

Please advise what can I do to optimize my code and finally make it work.

I can share my code if you want to review it.
