So I have two excel versions one at home and one at work. Both are excel 2016 but the one at work is blocked for updates.

The bug I'm getting is on the most up-to-date version at home. Excel at work doesn't seem to have this bug.

And here's the code:

.Add Type:=xlValidateList, AlertStyle:=xlValidAlertStop, Operator:=xlBetween, Formula:=TeamList

Bug is related to dropdown menu.

Any ideas if I'm missing something in my excel settings here?

Regards

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
I mean I have the same code on two machines and one gives me runtime error and the other works perfectly fine.

It's a validation box where it looks up team name and then looks up values in another sheet.

Well. I don't know, I can't compare your files and code. Certainly the named argument for this method is not Formula, but Formula1 and Formula2.
The difference is just 1 digit. This is the reason you get RTE 1004.
